Texas Whole Life Counseling has been providing trusted mental health counseling to Texans since 1999. We are an in-network mental health provider with Aetna. Our team of Aetna-approved counselors specialize in the compassionate treatment of a wide variety of mental health issues and situations. Clients choose our practice because they want an experienced therapist who will listen actively and compassionately, offering emotional support and heartfelt encouragement as each unique individual or couple confronts life challenges.
During the first meeting, an Aetna-approved therapist will help you explore your current concerns and treatment goals. A treatment plan will be discussed, and a meeting schedule for moving forward will be arranged.

Cost
Many—but not all—of our therapists and counselors are in-network providers for Aetna. Deductibles and co-pays vary from plan to plan. Our office staff will verify your specific benefits when you schedule your first appointment.

Our therapists are here for you, and we’re able to meet with patients outside normal business hours and even on weekends. Most of our therapists are available for appointments Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
