Texas Whole Life Counseling has been providing mental health counseling to Texans since 1999. Our team of United Healthcare-approved counselors (UHC-approved counselors) specialize in the compassionate treatment of a wide variety of mental health issues and situations. Clients choose our practice because they want an experienced therapist who will listen actively and compassionately, offering emotional support and heartfelt encouragement as each unique individual or couple confronts life challenges.
During the first meeting, a United Healthcare-approved therapist will help you explore your current concerns and treatment goals. A treatment plan will be discussed, and a meeting schedule for moving forward will be arranged.

Cost
Many—but not all—of our therapists and counselors are in-network providers for United Health Care. Deductibles and co-pays vary from plan to plan. Our office staff will verify your specific benefits when you schedule your first appointment.

Our therapists are here for you, and we’re able to meet with patients outside normal business hours and even on weekends. Most of our therapists are available for appointments Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Getting started takes just a few minutes and we can usually see new patients in as little as 3 days.
Making an appointment is quick and easy. After you submit your request, our office staff will send you information on how to fill out new patient paperwork, gather necessary documentation, and confirm your appointment. If it’s currently normal business hours, we’re usually in touch within one to two hours. You can request to be seen ASAP for a same-day or next-day appointment. Appointment availability may be influenced and limited by factors like your insurance plan and if you’d like to see a specific counselor.
